unpk.app grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the client-side archive decompression tool in accordance with these Terms. You may decompress archives for personal, educational, or commercial purposes.

2. \"As-Is\" Provision and Disclaimer of Warranties

UNPK.APP IS PROVIDED \"AS IS\" AND \"AS AVAILABLE,\" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURITY-FAIL-PROOF, OR ERROR-FREE.

3. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL UNPK.APP, ITS CREATORS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF DATA OR FILE CORRUPTION, BROWSER EXECUTION CRASHES, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

4. Premium Billing and Refund Policy

Certain premium features or support packages may require a one-time payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• One-time License: Access to pro features is lifetime under a one-time purchase configuration.
• Refunds: Refund requests can be initiated within 14 days of purchase by contacting our support team. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method processed by Stripe.

5. Modifications to Terms and Service
